Teresa Limpo gave a seminar about "The Role of Planning in Writing" at the University of Trás os Montes e Alto Douro.
In this meeting we discussed the first study and started the initial brainstorming on the characteristics of the mindfulness app.
We concluded data collection of the first study of the M2S project and started disseminating overall results to the participating schools.

Teresa Limpo participated in the IV Jornadas Pedagógicas do AE de Gondomar 1 with a workshop on writing strategies for primary grades.
Our sixth meeting was a very practical one! We a full morning to start developing the character for the mindfulness app.
Sofia Magalhães delivered a three hour "short duration action" on mindfulness for teachers in collaboration with AE de Cristelo
Another edition of the workshop on assessing executive functions was implemented and counted with the presence of several psychologists.
